Description

Summerhill is a rectory that has been converted into a house, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stuccoed brick and features a slate roof. The building is two stories high and has three bays, with a brick wing at the rear. The front facade includes a projecting central bay that features a canted bay with 12-pane sash windows in each bay, along with a 12-pane sash window above and a pedimented gable. The wider left bay has 12-pane sashes on both floors, while the smaller right bay also contains similar sashes. The ends of the building are adorned with pedimented gables. There is a door on the right end, which consists of a 6-pane door and a fanlight above it.
