Description
Manor Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse, altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of brick with a chequerwork pattern, and has an old plain tile roof. The original configuration was three bays, though it started as five, with a wing extending to the rear on the left and a section projecting outwards. The front of the farmhouse has a rendered plinth and a central 20th-century hip-roofed porch, which contains an older door. There are three 3-light transomed windows on each side of the front elevation, set under rubbed brick arches. Blocked openings flank these windows, each situated under a segmental arch. Above, on the first floor, are three similar windows, with blocked openings on either side of the end windows. Brick stacks are located at the ends of the building.
