Description
Rosehill is a house dating from the late 18th century, with early 18th century and 20th century additions. It is constructed of brick, brick and flint, and render, topped with a tiled roof. The building is L-shaped, with extensions filling the angle. The south front features two storeys and three windows, a hipped roof, and red brick walls laid in Flemish bond. It has sashes set in reveals, two splayed ground-floor bays, a French door on the east side, and a porch. The west elevation has four above two windows, with a hipped roof at the south and a half-hipped roof at the north sides. This elevation is rendered on a plinth and features casements and sashes, along with a 20th century classical porch. The original entrance is retained within panelled reveals. The other elevations display brick walls with flint panels and additional casements.
