Description

This is a mid-18th century townhouse, now two shops named Audio Vision and Forest Fruits. It is constructed of brick with a plain tile roof and stands two storeys high with an attic. The building has three wide bays. The front of the building features shopfronts on the ground floor. To the left-hand side and centre, there is an angled shopfront with a door and a window. The right-hand bay has a 19th-century shopfront with a recessed door and a large window, all beneath a heavy fascia on a pelmet. Above, on the first floor, are three 12-pane sash windows within flush frames. A raised and dentilled brick cornice runs along the top of the building. There are four skylights. The roof features gable stacks and walls.
