Description
This is a cottage located at 94 Eastfield Lane, dating from the mid-18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of brick with blue detailing and features a thatched roof. It is 1½ storeys high and has three bays, with a stack bay positioned at the end facing the road.
The front of the cottage has a 20th-century door located to the left of the center, which is accessed through a thatched hood. Each bay contains a 20th-century three-light casement window in the original opening, which is set under a rubbed brick arch. Above this, there is a raised brick eaves cornice with a blue brick band.
