Description
The building is a house and stable, dating from the early 19th century. It was originally a service block for Seafield but is now detached. The structure is rendered and has a slate roof. There is a blank wall along Warblington Road, while the west elevation facing Seafield features two storeys and three windows. The roughcast wall includes stucco details such as hoodmoulds, quoins, and pointed lights above coupled windows. The windows are casements. On the north side, the stable section has a hayloft door positioned above a carriage door, along with a plain door next to the house that has a fanlight made of lozenge panes.
