Description

No. 1 High Street is a house with a shop, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has a tile roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic and features four windows. The walls are made of blue header brick with red brick dressings, and there are brick dentil eaves and quoins. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames. The shopfront, which dates from the late 19th century, includes pilasters and large sashes on either side of the central entrance.
