Description

Nos. 9 and 9A High Street is a house that has been converted into two shops, dating from the late 18th century. The building is constructed of brick and features a tiled roof. The symmetrical front, facing east, has two storeys and five windows. It is made of blue header brickwork with red flush quoins and has rubbed flat arches, deep brick dentil eaves, and a plinth. The windows are Victorian sashes set in exposed frames, with the central sash replacing a former door. There are 20th-century shopfronts on each side.
