Description

No. 28 High Street is a house above a shop, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with a tiled roof and has two storeys featuring five windows. The red brick walls are laid in Flemish bond and are topped with brick dentil eaves. The windows are casements. The early 20th-century shopfront includes an arched doorway on the north side, which has a boarded door.
