This is an early 19th-century house, later used as an office. It is situated on the east side of High Street in Emsworth, Havant. The building is constructed of painted brick and has a tile roof. The front façade is symmetrical, with three windows over two storeys. It features brick dentil eaves. The windows are Victorian sash windows. An early 20th-century shop front was added to the ground floor. The building is listed for its group value.
