Description

Spring Lawn is an early 19th-century house located on Brookside Road in Havant. The building is constructed of brick and features a tiled roof. Its symmetrical front faces east and consists of two storeys with three windows. The walls are made of painted brick laid in Flemish bond, adorned with rubbed arches. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames. The entrance includes a doorcase with a pediment, frieze, architrave, and a six-panelled door that is flush with the surrounding structure.
