Description

Vine Cottage is an 18th-century house located on Havant Road in Hayling Island. The cottage features roughcast walls and a roof made of thatch and tiles. It is a single storey with an attic and has two windows. The eaves are raised above the upper windows, which have cills at eaves level and are fitted with casement windows. The front entrance has a late 20th-century panelled door and displays a lead fire insurance sign. At the rear, there is a tiled catslide roof.
