Description

Meadowsweet is a house dating from the 17th century, with additions made in the 20th century. It is timber-framed and features a thatched roof. The building has two storeys, with the older section located at the front (west) that includes three ground floor windows. There is a later extension at the rear on the south side, along with a small outshot on the north side. The roof is hipped at the north end and half-hipped elsewhere. The exposed frame is filled with red brick, and the windows are casements. The entrance is located in the new part of the house, which has a similar design to the original section.
