Description

Eastney House is a house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a tile roof. The front of the house, which faces west, is nearly symmetrical and has two storeys with two windows. The roof is hipped, and there are brick dentil eaves. The walls are made of blue headers with red brick dressings, including quoins, a first-floor band, and rubbed flat arches. There is a base wall below the ground floor cill level and a cement plinth. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames. The entrance has a wooden doorcase that includes a pediment, a broken cornice, a frieze, an architrave, and a six-panelled door.
