Description

Sea View House is a house dating to 1727. It is constructed of stone and brick, with a tile roof. The front façade is symmetrical, with two storeys and three windows, the central bay being blank. The walls are of rough ashlar with red brick quoins and a brick panel. The windows are sash windows set in reveals. A 19th-century gabled brick porch is present, and there is a dated plaque on the building.
