Description

Dolphin Cottage is a house, originally two separate homes, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of stucco and features a tile roof. The building has a symmetrical front with two storeys and four windows. There is a band at the first floor level, and the windows are sashes set in exposed frames. The entrance has a late 20th century Georgian doorcase, which includes a cornice, pilasters, and a six-panelled door with two top-glazed panels.
