Description
This is a house dating from the early 19th century, located on the east side of South Street, Emsworth, near Havant. It is a symmetrical building of two storeys and an attic, featuring a painted brick facade and a tile roof. The front has three windows, with decorative brick dentil eaves. The windows are sash windows; the ground floor windows are 3-light, although the north side window has been converted into a garage door. The roof has a dormer with a segmental leaded roof. A late 20th-century doorcase, with a cornice supported by brackets, frames an 8-panelled door with two top glazed panels.
