Standard white stone, square section set diagonally with chamfered top containing the lettering 'PARISH OF ODIHAM', curved front with large incised letters 'LONDON' above a triangular chamfer with the number '40' (ie miles to London). On each face at the lower level the lettering and numbers have become indecipherable.
