Description

Goburn's Hill is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high and features central gabled projections at both the front and rear. The east front has a window arrangement of one, one, and one. The roof is covered with red tiles, gabled in the center and hipped at the ends. The upper wall displays exposed half-timbering with closely spaced light members and long diagonal struts, while the north side is tile-hung. The ground floor is constructed of red brick with a plinth. The building has modern casement windows and a central plain doorway that is flanked by narrow lights.
