Description

Leonard House is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic and features a symmetrical facade with three windows. The north side has an attachment that is designed in a similar style. The house has a red tile roof with gabled dormers that have tiled cheeks. The brick walling is constructed in blue header bond with red flush dressings, including quoins, a plinth, and flat arches. The windows are sashes set in reveals, and the doorway is adorned with a cornice and plain pilasters.
