Description

Itchell Home Farmhouse is a building dating from 1806, featuring two storeys. The original part of the farmhouse has a symmetrical front with three windows, while a modern wing with two windows extends forward at the east end, designed to match the original style. The roof is hipped and covered with red tiles, and the walls are made of red brick in Flemish bond. The windows are casements with coupled lights and arched window bars that give a Gothick appearance. The entrance door has an architrave surround and consists of six glazed panels. The rear elevation mirrors the front, with a modern decorative 'Georgian' doorcase. Additionally, there is a small single-storey extension on the west side.
