Description
Adam's Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high and features three windows across its symmetrical east-facing facade. The older rear elevation has two gables, while the front includes a lower wing at the north end, which has one storey and an attic. The farmhouse is topped with a red tile roof that is hipped at the ends and has brick dentil eaves. The walls are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with a flush blue brick band at the first floor and cambered openings. The upper wings have old square-leaded casement lights, with three on the side and two in the centre, while the lower windows are early 19th-century sashes. The entrance features a six-panel door set in a solid frame, topped with a later plain canopy. The wing includes a narrow gabled dormer with a ball at eaves level, situated above a single window, both of which are casements.
