Description

The Briary is an 18th-century building located on the north side of Crondall Well Road. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The roof is covered with red tiles, and the red brickwork is laid in Flemish bond with rubbed flat arches. The upper part of the north end is tile-hung. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames, with a blank area above the door. The entrance has a plain door. There is a modern extension to the southwest of the building.
