Description

Post Cottage is a 17th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. It has a red tile roof with a catslide at the rear. The front (east) elevation displays an exposed timber frame set on a brick base wall, which is filled with painted brickwork. The gables reveal fragments of the original framing. The windows are casements, and there is an open porch with a gabled roof supported by posts, resting on a low brick wall.
