Description

Dipley Mill is a building from the 18th century, with some modern alterations. Originally of earlier origin, it is now a long range structure of two storeys with six windows, along with an eastern extension that has one window and is one storey with an attic. The building has a red tile roof, which is topped by two timber-framed ventilators and several later chimney stacks. The walls are primarily made of red brick in English bond, with exposed framing in the small eastern gable. The windows are modern casements, featuring a ground floor bay on the main (south) front and a two-storeyed boarded bay with sash windows at the west end.
