Description
Park Corner is an 18th-century and 19th-century building that consists of two storeys and an attic. It has undergone significant alterations in the early and mid-19th century, including an addition to the front (east) and a three-storey rear service wing. The symmetrical front is finished in stucco and features three windows with classical detailing, such as a blocking course, a moulded cornice and frieze, a double band on the first floor, plain architraves that project slightly, and a plinth. The windows are sash types set in reveals. There is a Tuscan porch with pilasters and side walls. The south front maintains the classical style and includes a two-storey angular bay that connects to the three-storey block. The roof is covered in red tiles, with hips on the original section, hipped dormers, and half-hips on the rear block. A prominent stack with a moulded cornice is also present.
