Description

Cottage and utility building at Smatchhangers Farm, dating from around 1800, is a long and narrow one-storey structure. The northern half, which is now a cottage, features exposed timber with brick nogging. The southern half is weather-boarded on one side and has an exposed frame on the other. It has a red tile roof that is half-hipped. Although it appears to be from the 17th century, it is situated on land that was enclosed after 1791.
