Description

Smatchhangers Farmhouse is a building dating from around 1800. It has two storeys and an attic, with a north front featuring three windows. The roof is covered with red tiles, and there are brick dentil eaves. The walls are made of red brick in Flemish bond, with cambered openings and a plinth. The windows are casements. There is a gabled porch that includes an attached doorcase, which features an open pediment, a broken entablature, pilasters, a fanlight, and a panelled door.
