Description

Toby Cottage is a 17th century timber-framed cottage located on Drift Road in Wallington. The timber framing is exposed on both end walls, although the western extension is a 20th century reproduction. The facade features red brick with red brick infill to the framing. The cottage has an old tiled half-hipped roof and is 1 and a half storeys tall, with two gabled dormers. It includes four early 19th century casement windows, some of which are reproductions, and a door that is topped by a modern gabled porch.
