Description

Walnut Tree Cottage is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed cottage located on Gay Street Lane in West Chiltington. The first floor of the west wall features plaster infilling, while the ground floor is made of painted brick and stone. The entire front of the cottage has been refaced in red brick with grey headers. It has a steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof and includes casement windows. The cottage is two storeys high and has three windows.
