Description

Applegarth is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed cottage located on London Road in Coldwaltham. The first floor features plaster infilling, while the ground floor has been rebuilt in brick, which is now painted, and stone rubble. The cottage has a hipped thatched roof and includes casement windows with diamond-shaped panes. It stands two storeys high and has three windows.
