Description

Sand Pond Cottage is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed cottage. The ground floor has been refaced with stone rubble, while the upper floor is brick and now painted. Original timbering remains visible. The roof is tiled. Casement windows are present, and at the east end is a stone chimney breast with an outhouse built around it. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows.
