WEST STREET 1. 5231 (South Side) Fareham No 84 (Westbury Manor) (Borough Council Offices) SU 5706 5/151 18.10.55. II 2. C18. Original centre 3 bay part of grey headers with red brick quoins and window dressings. Brick modillion eaves cornice and parapet. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Doorway in moulded architrave with flat hood on brackets, panelled reveals and door of 6 moulded and fielded panels, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Early C19 flanking additions in red brick, of 1 bay on the west and 2 bays to the east. Old tiled roof.
