Description

Lower Posbrook Farmhouse is a 17th century timber-framed house that has been refaced with red brick, which is now painted. Some timber framing is still visible in the north wall. The farmhouse features a hipped thatched roof with a central chimney and is 1 and a half storeys high, with two dormer windows. There are four casement windows below. The entrance is a baffle entrance. Lower Posbrook Farmhouse, Little Posbrook Cottage, and Posbrooke Gardens form a group.
