Description

Upper Posbrook Farmhouse is a timber-framed house dating from the 18th century, with red brick infilling and diagonal bracing. It has a hipped thatched roof with an off-centre chimney. The original configuration was two storeys and three windows, with casement windows now featuring modern leaded glazing. The original entrance door has been replaced by a window. A two-bay red brick extension with grey headers has been added to the south end, under the same thatched roof. The farmhouse forms a group with its east and north barns.
