Description

Old Oast Place is a 17th-century timber-framed building. The ground floor has been refaced with red brick, while the upper section is tile-hung with alternating bright and dark red tiles. The roof is tiled and hipped, with two half-hips at the rear. The windows are casement style. The building is two storeys high and has three windows. The property is now a modern house, situated southwest of Place Farmhouse.
