Description

This early 19th century building comprises numbers 13A, 15 (rear), 15A and 17, situated on Lenten Street. The properties are grouped together with several others on the street, demonstrating group value.

Number 13 is colour-washed brick and features an entrance archway between numbers 13 and 15A. It has a modern shop front on the corner and first-floor windows that have been altered. Number 15A is constructed of red brick. The ground floor includes a simple door on the left and a recessed sash window with a segmental head on the right. The first floor has two recessed sash windows. Number 17 is stuccoed and has a door under a four-centred arch flanked by small windows on the left, and a modern shop window on the right, at ground floor level. The first floor features two recessed sash windows. The rear of number 15 is visible.
