Description
This listing describes two adjacent buildings at 2 and 3 Amery Street. Number 2 likely dates to the 16th century, and has been altered subsequently. Both buildings are now under a single tiled roof.
Number 2 is a three-bay structure with colour-washed brickwork. The ground floor has a central door, flanked by two wide casement windows. A broad band runs across the first floor. The first floor has a central narrow casement window, flanked by two wider casements.
Number 3 is a two-bay building with a timber frame and some herringbone brickwork. The ground floor features a door and a wide casement window on the right-hand side. The first floor has one narrow and one wide casement window.
