Description

This is an 18th-century barn located at Shalden Farm, 50 metres north-west of Greenmount Cottage. The barn has been restored and features flint walls with a tiled roof. It is a rectangular structure consisting of five bays with aisles and has a half-hipped roof. The exterior walls are made of flint, accented with brick dressings, quoins, verticals, and slotted vents. Inside, the barn has a timber frame with straight struts supporting the trusses.
