Description

Nos. 224 and 226 are two cottages dating from the 17th century, with early 19th century and 20th century extensions. The cottages feature exposed timber framing, primarily in the upper sections, with rendered infill. The south side is constructed of flint with brick dressings, all of which is painted. The roof is hipped and half-hipped, covered in thatch. The buildings are two storeys high with irregular window arrangements, which include casements, and there are two plain doors.
