2/42 Old Jay's Farmhouse - II

C17, C18. One storey and attic. Long narrow block with a thatched roof, hipped at the north end, ½-hipped at the south, with eyebrow attic windows (4 to west, 3 to east). The timber framing is exposed in the upper part of the south gables and the north side of the east walls, with painted brick infill, and other walling. Casements, old upper lights on the east elevation. Modern porch with hipped tile roof, enclosing a solid door frame and boarded door. Modern ground floor exten- sion along most of the west elevation.
