SU 64 NE WINSLADE HACKWOOD PARK 16/17 26.4.57 Barn at Hackwood Farm

C18. Five-bay timber frame, with aisles open at the sides. Queen Post truss, with arched-bracing to ties, and purlins of the end bays, the frame resting on brick base walls (also dividing the aisles). Corrugated iron roof, 1/2-hipped, with hipped tiled roof above the central entrances (cantilevered on the south side). Weather-boarded walls above brick base, weather-boarded inner walls, the eaves to the open aisles being supported on poles.
