Description

The cartshed and utility block at Hackwood Farm dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It features a six-bay timber frame with a narrow aisle on the east side and is open to the west. The structure includes a Queen Post truss and has a hipped tile roof that transitions into a small gabled utility block at the north end. The walls are constructed from a combination of brickwork and weatherboarding.
