Description
Church Cottage House is an 18th-century building with a symmetrical design, located in a set-back position at the south end of Church Cottage. It has two storeys and features a one-one-one window arrangement. The roof is hipped and covered with old tiles, and it has a moulded cornice that forms a pediment above the slightly projecting central section. The walls are made of red brick in Flemish bond, with rubbed flat arches, stone cills, and a plinth. The upper windows are sash windows, with the central Venetian light being the main architectural feature of the building. The ground floor has been altered; it includes a Victorian sash window on the south side, a modern double casement in the centre, a small casement on the north side, and a plain doorway.
