Description
Moundsmere Farmhouse is an early 18th century to early 19th century L-shaped, two-storey house with later single-storey extensions. The main front, facing southeast, features three windows, which may have originally been a symmetrical arrangement of five. It has a steep hipped tile roof and stucco walling with a first-floor band and a plinth. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames, and there is a half-glazed door in an old frame, located within a small modern gabled porch. The elevations within the angle of the building include three upper sashes, two lower sashes, and one ground-floor casement, along with a corner porch that has an old six-panelled door. A small garden area is enclosed by a low brick wall and cast-iron rails.
