Description

The barn at Tidgrove Warren Farm is a late 18th-century structure. It features a four-bay timber frame, which is clad in weatherboarding and sits on a brick plinth. The roof is half-hipped and is currently covered in corrugated asbestos, except for the hipped cart entrance located at the rear. The barn is aisled to the north. Inside, the roof includes angled queen struts that extend through the purlins and ridgepiece. The wall frame remains intact, showcasing full height, slightly curved braces without a midrail.
