Description
Wheeler's Farmhouse is an early 18th-century building with a symmetrical front facing southeast. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows. The steep hipped tile roof includes hips for two dormers and has brick dentil eaves. The walls are made of vertical panels of blue header bricks, connected by a flush band at the first floor. The wide quoins and plinth are constructed from red brickwork, and the ground floor has cambered arches. The windows are sashes in exposed frames, while the dormers have casements. The entrance door consists of six panels, two of which are glazed, and is set within a solid frame topped by a simple canopy supported by curved brackets. The side elevations also have two windows each and are of similar design, though some alterations have been made.
