Description

Hodd's Hill Farmhouse is an 18th-century building featuring a two-storeyed cross-shaped block. The western arm is designed as a half-octagon, giving the main elevation a layout of one three-window section and two single-window sections. The roof is hipped and covered with old tiles, and there are brick dentil eaves. The walls are constructed in English bond with red bricks and blue headers, and the openings are cambered. The windows are casements, although the upper side windows in the octagon are blocked panels. There are three plain boarded doors set in solid frames, with a tiled hood over the western entrance.
