Description

22 George Street is a late 18th century house and shop that features an exterior added to an older building. The south front has two storeys with four upper windows. It has a tile roof that is hipped to the north and above rear extensions, along with brick dentil eaves. The walling is made of red brick in Flemish bond with rubbed flat arches and a cement plinth. The north side displays older brickwork, which is painted and done in English bond. The building has modern casements, an old doorframe with a modern door, and a modern shopfront located on the east side.
