Description

Daneshill Old Lodge is a building from around 1900, designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens. It is two storeys high, featuring a front gable with one window and a porch on the west side, which is positioned below a low eaves. The lodge has a prominent red tile roof, complemented by a large chimney on the south side. The upper walls are tile-hung, while the lower section is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with headed casements. The porch is recessed and supported by slotted pillars.
